No. Verification is free, has no effect on your policy, and doesn’t commit you to treatment. It simply tells you what your plan covers.
How long does verification take?
Most verifications are completed within an hour during business hours, and by the next morning for overnight requests. If you call, we can often check while you’re on the phone.
Will my employer find out?
No. Your insurance company may be contacted, but your employer is not. Your information is protected by HIPAA and federal confidentiality rules.
What if my plan doesn’t cover treatment?
We’ll explain private-pay options clearly. If we aren’t the right financial fit, we’ll help you find a program that is.
Do you accept Medi-Cal or Medicare?
