Questions about our programs
Don’t see your question? Admissions can answer it in a quick, confidential call.
(714) 497-3120How do I know which level of care I need?
You don’t need to know before you call. Admissions will ask about your substance use, health, and living situation, and a clinician will recommend a starting point. Most people begin with detox or residential care and step down from there.
Can I move between programs?
Yes. Your team reviews your progress every week. You can step down to a less intensive level when you’re ready, or step up if you need more support.
Do you offer outpatient treatment only?
Yes. If you are medically stable and have a safe place to live, you can start directly in our intensive outpatient program.
Are specialized programs separate from the levels of care?
Specialized programs such as dual diagnosis, couples, and family care run alongside your level of care. For example, a client might be in residential treatment and the couples program at the same time.
