Getting started takes four steps
Your first call is just a conversation. Tell us what’s going on and what you’re worried about, and we’ll take it from there.
Call admissions
Speak with an admissions specialist, any time of day. There’s no cost and no commitment.
Free assessment
A short, confidential screening about substance use, health, and your situation helps us recommend the right level of care.
Insurance and cost
We verify your benefits, explain what’s covered, and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs before you arrive.
Travel and arrival
We schedule your intake and arrange transportation, from your door, a hospital, or the airport.
Call now for a quick assessment
Get clear answers, fast guidance, and help getting into treatment without delay.
What to expect when you arrive
Our intake team welcomes you, helps you settle in, and gathers the medical and personal information we need to care for you well. We’ll show you around, answer questions, and get you something to eat.
Medication needs are addressed right away, and a medical provider will see you within 24 hours. Staff are with you around the clock, so you’re never figuring things out alone.

Transportation and travel
Need a ride? We’ll come to you.
Getting here shouldn’t be another obstacle. Our team coordinates pickups from homes, hospitals, and detox centers across Southern California, and meets out-of-state clients at John Wayne (SNA), Long Beach (LGB), or LAX.
Admissions schedules your arrival around your location and timing so our staff are ready for you when you walk in.

What clients and families say
Recovery looks different for everyone. These are a few of the people who trusted us with theirs.
Admissions handled my insurance, picked me up from the airport, and had a bed ready that night. All I had to do was call.
The family group taught me to stop rescuing my son and start supporting his recovery. I needed it as much as he did.
The house felt like a home, the food was good, and the staff treated us like adults. That dignity mattered more than I expected.
Admissions questions
Don’t see your question? Admissions can answer it in a quick, confidential call.
(714) 497-3120How fast can I be admitted?
Often the same day. If a bed is available and treatment is a good fit, we can verify insurance, arrange transportation, and admit you within hours of your call.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We offer private-pay options and can explain costs up front. If our program isn’t a financial fit, we’ll help you find a lower-cost or state-funded program.
Can I call on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Many of our calls come from parents, partners, and friends. We can explain options, help you plan a conversation, and be ready when your loved one agrees.
Is my call confidential?
Yes. Your call and any information you share are confidential. We will never contact your employer or family without your written permission.
Can I bring my phone and laptop?
Phones are allowed with time limits after the first few days. Laptops are not permitted, except by approval for work or legal needs.
