Drug addiction treatment
Drug rehab in Orange County
Whether it started with a prescription or at a party, drug addiction changes how your brain handles stress, reward, and decisions. Our drug rehab program treats the physical dependence first, then helps you rebuild a life that doesn’t need it.

Inside drug rehab
Treatment starts with an honest conversation about what you’ve been using and how often. That information shapes your detox plan, your medication options, and the therapy that follows.
For opioid and fentanyl addiction, medication-assisted treatment such as buprenorphine can reduce cravings and lower the risk of overdose. For stimulants, treatment focuses on sleep, mood, and behavioral therapies that are proven to help.

Recovery story
Getting out from under fentanyl
Chris had overdosed twice before his mother called our admissions line at two in the morning. He agreed to come in that day.
He started buprenorphine in detox, completed 45 days of residential care, and now works full time while attending our alumni group. His mother still keeps our number on the fridge, just in case someone else needs it.
My mom made the call. I just had to say yes. They had a bed for me by that afternoon.

Treatment that reflects today’s drug supply
Fentanyl has changed the risks of drug use in Southern California. Every client receives overdose education and leaves with naloxone. For opioid use disorder, we support evidence-based medication, because it saves lives.
Therapy goes beyond the substance itself. Motivational interviewing, CBT, and contingency-based approaches help you rebuild motivation and routines, while trauma-informed care addresses what may be underneath.
Questions about drug rehab
Don’t see your question? Admissions can answer it in a quick, confidential call.
(714) 497-3120Do you offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?
Yes. For opioid use disorder, we offer buprenorphine-based treatment and can coordinate long-term prescribing after discharge. For alcohol use disorder, we offer naltrexone and other options.
How long does opioid withdrawal last?
Acute opioid withdrawal typically lasts 5 to 10 days, depending on the drug. Fentanyl withdrawal can be less predictable, which is why medical supervision matters.
What if I use more than one substance?
That’s very common. Your detox and treatment plans account for every substance you use, and your medical team will plan withdrawal accordingly.
Will my employer find out?
Your treatment is confidential and protected by federal privacy laws. We do not share information with your employer without your written consent. If you need medical leave paperwork, we can help.

Recovery looks different for everyone. These are a few of the people who trusted us with theirs.
Evening IOP let me keep my business running while I got sober. The group became the most honest part of my week.
We came in together and left together, sober. The couples sessions saved our marriage as much as our health.
Admissions handled my insurance, picked me up from the airport, and had a bed ready that night. All I had to do was call.
